Andrew Walker is a growth and business development leader with more than 15 years of experience across healthcare, technology, staffing, executive search, and professional services.

Throughout his career, Andrew has held leadership and growth focused roles with organizations including HCA Healthcare, Centura Health, CarePoint Health, MGMA, SullivanCotter, and Jackson Physician Search. He has helped organizations identify new markets, develop strategies for bringing products and services to market, build strategic relationships, and turn opportunities into sustainable growth.

His experience spans business development, sales leadership, product strategy, client success, provider recruitment, and executive search. This gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to move an idea from potential to meaningful market traction.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Missouri St. Louis and an MBA from Colorado State University with an emphasis in strategic change and innovation.

He founded BRICK to give growing organizations access to experienced business development leadership and execution without requiring them to build an entire internal team.

Andrew comes from a large blended family, and family is everything to him. He has been married to his wife, Heather, since 2013, and they have three children. Outside of work, he is a devoted St. Louis Cardinals fan, an avid traveler, and someone who genuinely values life, new experiences, and meaningful relationships.
