My father spent his career as a bricklayer. Watching him work taught me that strong results don’t come from shortcuts. They come from doing the work, understanding your craft, earning people’s trust, and putting the right pieces together one at a time.
Those lessons followed me throughout my own career.
After more than 15 years building relationships and driving growth across healthcare, technology, staffing, and professional services, I created BRICK around a simple idea: With the right foundation, the right relationships, and the right pieces in place, you can build just about anything.
